Ydémos reconnait que la Démocratie, le Pacifisme et l'Ecologie sont des valeurs chères à la Scanténoisie-Helvetia et s'engage pour un développement durable.<br /> <br /> § 2. Ydémos s'engage à respecter le fait que la Scanténoisie-Helvetia n'a pas d'armée et la soutiendra dans un conflit par la voie de la diplomatie uniquement.<br /> <br /> <br /> Article 6. LÉGITIMITÉ DU PRÉSENT TRAITÉ<br /> <br /> § 1. La Scanténoisie-Helvetia et Ydémos ont mutuellement reconnu le présent traité au travers de leurs institutions respectives.<br /> <br /> § 2. Tout changement interne d'une des deux partie en présence susceptible d'entraîner la non-validité du présent traité doit être communiquéaux responsables diplomatique de la partie concernée.<br /> <br /> § 3. Seules la Scanténoisie-Helvetia et Ydémos ont le pouvoir de modifier ou d'abroger le présent traité ; modification qui ne peut se faire sans accord explicite des deux parties. <br /> <br /> § 4. Le manquement à l'une des dispositions du présent traité peut entraîner l'abrogation immédiate de celui-ci par la partie lésée sa propre appréciation.
