La Confédération de Scanténoisie-Helvetia, en tant que membre de la Ligue des États Modernes, participe activement aux travaux du ParLEMent.<br />

==Article 2 ==<br />
Les cinq (5) ParLEMentaires scanthélois sont répartis ainsi :<br />
*a) L'InterPares<br />
*b) Le ou la Cheffe du DSHAE<br />
*c) Un membre adhérent à la Ligue Scanthéloise<br />
*d) Un membre adhérent au Parti pour une Education Rénovée, pour un Meilleur Accompagnement Familial et pour une Réhabilitation Ouverte et Soutenue du Travail<br />
*e) Un membre adhérent à l'Union des Citoyens Scanthélois<br />

==Article 3==<br />
Si la dénomination d'un parti mentionné à l'Article 2, alinéas c), d) et e) venait à changer, les mêmes alinéas seraient modifiés sans vote au Parlement fédéral.<br />

Si l'InterPares cumule le poste de DSHAE, un autre membre de la Table Ronde du parti de l'InterPares reprend le siège.<br />
